This study was undertaken to measure thecosts and performance of outreach program to directfemale commercial sex workers in Cambodia. The studyconsists of two parts, first is the review of allactivities of the program in 20 provinces and 2 majorcities in order to calculate the total costs incurredby the program within its first year of interventionand second is the analysis of behavioral change ofcommercial sex workers based on data from a BehavioralSurvey on commercial sex workers.
