Launched in December of 2009 10 TACTICS provides original and artful ways for rights advocates to capture attention and communicate a cause. It includes a 50-minute film documenting inspiring info-activism stories from around the world and a set of cards; with tools tips and advice, for you to work through as you plan your own info-activism.
A new chapter of the film and a card will be released on this website every week.
All resources are being made available for download and there is information on the Tactical Technology Collective Information Activism website on how you can organise a screening and order the 10 Tactics toolkits to help support your advocacy work.
Tactical Tech is an international NGO helping human rights advocates use information, communications and digital technologies to maximise the impact of their advocacy work. We provide advocates with guides, tools, training and consultancy to help them develop the skills and tactics they need to increase the impact of their campaigning. We also carry out projects with various advocacy groups ranging from sex worker health and rights to HIV/AIDS access to treatment groups.
